 Stow Municipal Court to Conduct Minor Misdemeanor Arraignments via Skype

(Stow, Ohio)  In consideration of the social distancing advisories issued by Governor DeWine and public health authorities, the Stow Municipal Court will be conducting arraignments for cases involving minor misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses remotely via Skype.

Skype is a free web-based application that allows users to make audio and video calls on their computers or mobile devices.  These video hearings will take place from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, on the same day as previously indicated on citations and summons.

Individuals are strongly encouraged to visit to register for video hearings and the Court will contact parties via Skype at some point between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm on the day of the scheduled court appearance.

Persons wishing to plead guilty will be referred to the Clerk of Courts office or to pay fines and court costs.


The Stow Municipal Court serves the citizens who reside and travel through:

Boston Heights, Boston Township, Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson, Macedonia, Munroe Falls, Northfield,

Northfield Center Township, Peninsula, Reminderville, Sagamore Hills, Silver Lake, Stow,

Tallmadge, Twinsburg and Twinsburg Township.
